Yoga

We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice. The language of instruction is English.

Accommodation

Cost

The yoga course costs €350. The cost of the food (6 light breakfasts before the yoga class, 6 rich brunches, 1 dinner) is €145. Accommodation based on arrival on 27 December and departure on 2 January in a double room for single use is €510 and in a shared double room €360 per person. It is possible to arrive before the start of the course or to stay after its conclusion. The cost for accommodation and food is paid directly to the monastery.
